We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially during our busy season (May through October). Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule — don't hesitate to ask!

Our bell tents are designed to handle light rain beautifully. In the case of severe weather warnings, we'll work with you to reschedule your experience at no extra cost. Your safety and comfort are our top priority.

We typically arrive 3-4 hours before your experience begins to set everything up. Takedown happens the following morning at a scheduled time that works for you. You don't need to lift a finger!

Our standard bell tent setup requires approximately a 15x15 foot flat area. We're happy to do a virtual or in-person site check before your booking to make sure everything will fit perfectly.

Absolutely! We love creating personalized experiences. Whether it's a specific color palette, special decorations for a birthday or proposal, or custom add-ons, just let us know your vision and we'll make it happen.

Our setup does not include a restroom. Most of our guests use their home bathroom, which is usually just steps away. This is one of the perks of backyard glamping!

The $295 base price includes our luxury bell tent, cozy bedding and linens, ambient lighting and string lights, curated decor, outdoor seating, a personalized welcome letter, and complete setup and takedown service.

Yes! Additional nights are just $100/night after the first night. Perfect for weekend getaways or extended celebrations.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled date. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled.
